"Kobecco Play Plaza - Rokko Island" is a facility for preschool-age children and their guardians — an indoor plaza where families can enjoy quality time together regardless of the weather.
Themed around the sea and islands, large play structures include a ship (the Kobecco), a house (Kobecco Lodge), slides, a ball pool, and a climbing wall, giving children plenty of room to play actively. In front of the reception counter, colorful tropical fish swim in an aquarium.
The facility is divided into zones: the Baby Plaza, the Quiet Play Plaza, the Active Play Plaza, and the Interaction Plaza, and is equipped with a book corner, a nursing room, a consultation room, and children's restrooms.
Children can choose from a variety of play equipment suited to their preferences and developmental stage, and we provide an environment where all visitors can spend an enjoyable time in a fun space.

How to Use
Advance reservation via the internet is required to use Kobecco Play Plaza - Rokko Island (capacity limits apply; reservations can be made starting one week before the desired date of use).
Those without advance reservations may register for same-day use on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9:00 AM for any time slots that have not yet reached capacity.

- What is the reservation period?

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9:00 AM seven days before the date of use (reservation deadline: 5:00 PM the day before the date of use).
Weekends and holidays are expected to reach capacity early, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.

Can I make a reservation on the day of my visit?
Can I use the facility without a reservation? -
Same-day reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9:00 AM on the day of use, only for time slots with remaining availability. (Reservation deadline: one hour before the start of each time slot; for the first time slot, reservations are accepted up to 10 minutes before.)

Kobecco Play Plaza is open for use by anyone, including those who do not reside in Kobe.

- I have an elementary school-age child in addition to my preschool-age child. Can they enter the facility together?

Elementary school-age children may enter the facility as companions of a guardian, provided they are siblings of an eligible child. However, to ensure the safety of younger children, we ask that elementary school-age children refrain from playing with the equipment themselves.

- How do I register for membership?

Please access "Member Registration" on the facility's website and submit your registration application.
After that, when you visit the facility in person, we will complete the formal registration process, and your registration will be finalized.

If you have completed member registration, please make your reservation through the dedicated app.
If you have not registered as a member, please make your reservation through the reservation form on the facility's website.

Entry and exit during your reserved time slot are permitted at any time. Your reservation will not be canceled. However, if you will be significantly late, please notify us by phone.
